Just call me Steam. Everyone else does! Why Steam? It started out as an email address that I created for my Steam train obsessed, non-computer literate husband. But somehow it ended up as MY nick name. Go figure!

I love to make things, food, paper, fabric, the medium doesn’t really matter. I am also an obsessive planner. The day after Christmas I am already working out plans for the next year.

My husband is obsesses with all things steam train. So many of the activities and crafts we engage in are centered around, yep you guessed it, steam trains.

Our two kids N & M constantly keep us on our toes and are always making us laugh.

I started this blog to share with you some of the things that I love to do. I hope you like it too.

Thanks for stopping by!

I would love to know the pattern name for your Log Cabin Angel quilt as I would like to make this. Regards from Montana.

  8. My husband and I have the same fun balancing act– his 1/8 scale train hobby, and my crafting! This is a fun site, and my husband wants to know who your husband is. He has a lot of train buddies in the midwest!

I'd love to hear from you! Please leave a comment.
